**About the Project:** The engagement involved a comprehensive organizational capacity strengthening process for FUHOSEA (Foundation for Humanitarian, Social and Educational Advancement), including:
- Organizational capacity assessment
- Stakeholder analysis and mapping
- Participatory SWOT analysis workshops
- Strategic planning facilitation
- Theory of change development
- Results framework design with indicators and targets
- Implementation timeline and resource planning
**Key Deliverables:** 1. **Strategic Plan 2026–2030** — A 5-year roadmap with clear strategic goals, objectives, and strategies informed by evidence and stakeholder input 2. **Results & Implementation Framework** — A comprehensive framework with indicators, baselines, targets, data collection methods, and reporting schedules
The project was conducted through a series of interactive workshops in Buea, Cameroon, bringing together FUHOSEA leadership, staff, community representatives, and partner organizations.
